The Office of Government Relations is pleased to launch Dartmouth Health’s We Care We Vote initiative to encourage employees, visitors, and our communities to vote in the upcoming 2022 elections. This is a nonpartisan effort to encourage individuals to participate in the voting process. Dartmouth Health does not support or oppose individual candidates.
The following resources outline the voting process, including how to register and vote in New Hampshire and Vermont:
On Tuesday, August 9, Vermont will hold its state primary election. On Tuesday, September 13, New Hampshire will hold its state primary. The primary contests will determine which candidate will be chosen for the general election. These primaries include races for:
- United States Senate (statewide race)
- Governor (statewide race)
- United States House (district race)
- State Senate (district race)
- State House (district race)
- Other local races, including New Hampshire Executive Council, District 2 (D-2):
On Tuesday, November 8, New Hampshire and Vermont will join the rest of the nation to vote for all levels of office. Remember to plan ahead if you are considering submitting an absentee ballot by mail.
