Director of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety
Nicole Underhill is the Director of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at Dartmouth Health Home Care. Nicole joined Dartmouth Health Home Care full time in May of 2020 as the Patient Access Manager; in February of 2025 she assumed the role of Director.
Nicole is responsible for the monitoring of all program departments at Dartmouth Health Home Care for quality and compliance. She works with all the clinical leaders to implement state and federal regulations within each program as well as coordinates the educational needs for all agency staff. Nicole holds a Bachelors in Nursing from Colby Sawyer College.
Prior to Dartmouth Health Home Care, Nicole has worked in home health and hospice as a both a clinical manager and a case manager providing direct patient care.
