Chief Financial Officer
Martin (Marty) Degen, MBA, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer at Dartmouth Health Home Care. Marty is an experienced healthcare leader with 20 years in finance and operational management. He joined Dartmouth Health Home Care in May 2022.
As CFO, Marty will be responsible for the development of Dartmouth Health Home Care's financials to support the long-term growth and success of the organization. He will develop financial strategic plans/goals as well as build financial forecast data and be accountable for the analysis of budget performance and overall financial results to drive future decisions. He will also Identify and address government regulations to ensure compliance and adherence to GAAP and industry standards.
Marty holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and a Master of Business Administration from Western New England University. He also holds a CPA designation and earned a Fellowship through the Physicians Leadership Institute / Center for Transformation and Innovation.
Prior to joining Dartmouth Health Home Care, Marty served in multiple roles within Baystate (Massachusetts) Home Health & Hospice, most recently as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. He led in the domains of process improvement, employee engagement, organizational culture, population health, business development and project management.
