President and Chief Executive Officer
Tammy Tarsa, DHA, MBA, BSN is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Dartmouth Health Home Care and Co-CEO of Dartmouth Health at Home. Tammy is an experienced clinician and healthcare leader with more than 20 years of home health, hospice and palliative care knowledge. She joined Dartmouth Health at Home (formerly VNH) as the Chief Clinical Officer in August 2022, transitioning to President and CEO in June 2025.
Tammy is responsible for organizational culture, strategic planning, program growth and development, financial viability, quality performance, service excellence and regulatory compliance of related programs. In addition, Tammy is a strategic partner to Dartmouth Health’s Service Line Leaders in the development of care pathways to include community-based services and care at home. Prior to joining DHHC, Tammy was the Executive Director of Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care at Jefferson Healthcare (Washington). She led in the domains of quality and compliance, organizational culture, clinical operations, program/business development and project management.
Tammy holds a Doctorate in Health Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master of Business Administration from Spring Arbor College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ball State University.
