Patient Engagement Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
The following terms relate to text messages received regarding updates to your visits or procedures, myDH account, DHConnect notifications, one-time passcode, billing and insurance notifications, prescription reminders, and care management or general announcements related to your care.
When you sign up for text messages from Dartmouth Health, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Dartmouth Health and its system members, including Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics, Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, Cheshire Medical Center, Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, New London Hospital, and Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire, as applicable, including updates related to your visits or procedures, myDH account, DHconnect notifications, one-time passcode, billing and insurance notifications, prescription reminders, and care management and general announcements.
You can opt-out of optional SMS messages by texting STOP to the respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive optional SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using myDH or text HELP to the short code for instructions.
