This free class is led by an international board-certified lactation consultant and hosted by SVMC's Women's and Children's Services (WCS).

Topics covered include the benefits of providing human milk to your baby, setting yourself up for success, basics of positioning and latch, how to know if baby is getting enough milk and tips for continuing to lactate after a work return. 

Join us to feel more confident about starting your infant feeding journey. Partners and support persons strongly encouraged to attend as well.
