Led by Kim Hall, Certified Healthy Steps Instructor

12-Week Session

A class for women with a current or previous diagnosis of cancer. Fun and set to music. Exercises are designed to increase overall physical fitness, range of motion, strength, balance, emotional well-being and self-image. All fitness levels welcome.

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center, our Complementary Care classes are provided free of charge and are available to Dartmouth Cancer Center patients and care partners — from the moment of diagnosis and beyond.
