In this 6-week series, we’ll cover topics like intuitive eating, strategies to reduce cancer-related fatigue, cooking demonstrations showcasing healthy recipes, and more. Participants will learn how to nourish their bodies mindfully while addressing common challenges, like fatigue, and enjoy hands-on cooking tips that incorporate nutritious meals into everyday life.

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center, our Complementary Care classes are provided free of charge and are available to Dartmouth Cancer Center patients and care partners — from the moment of diagnosis and beyond.
