Registration is online and by credit card only. The registration fees are as follows:
- MD, DO: $99
- Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers & Medics: $69
- Residents & Med Students: $39
Day-Of Registration fees:
- MD, DO: $129
- Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers & Medics: $99
- Residents & Med Students: $69
The registration deadline is 5 days prior to the activity date. There will be no refunds after that date. A $10 administrative fee for a registration fee of under $50, and a $25 administrative fee for a registration of $50 and over, will be retained on all refunds requested before the registration deadline.
Please note that we provide a simple light breakfast and/or lunch depending on conference times: options are limited. If you have specific dietary needs, please plan to bring your food with you to the conference.
