10-Week Series

A gentle, beginner-level, supportive group class that teaches movement, stretching and strength exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center, our Complementary Care classes are provided free of charge and are available to Dartmouth Cancer Center patients and care partners — from the moment of diagnosis and beyond.
