Registration required

Participants need to come to Farnum Outpatient to register and pay before the first class. There is a $5 fee per class. Please note, this fee is not covered by insurance.

If coming on the same day of the first class, please allow sufficient time.

Holly Calhoun, PTA, will take your through stretching, strengthening, and relaxation exercises in 90-91° Farenheit water. The properties of water will help you exercise in a comfortable environment during your pregnancy while also teaching your ways to prepare for your upcoming birth!
