This class is for all mamas who want a gentle and supportive way to get back into movement after having a baby. You’ll rebuild your core, improve balance, and gain strength at your own pace.
The class is led by a pelvic floor physical therapist who will guide you through safe exercises to help your body heal and feel strong again. Each session builds on the one before, but you’re welcome to drop in for just one or come to all three.
You’ll need to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable workout clothes. This class is for anyone who has been cleared by their obstetrician or midwife to start exercising again.
Fridays, January 9, 16, and 23
$90 for all 3 classes or $30 each
- All classes take place at the Women’s Health Resource Center (WHRC), on the mall in Lebanon, NH, unless otherwise noted.
- Class fees are due at least one week prior to class.
- Refunds are given if you withdraw from a class at least one week before the class begins.
- Partial scholarships are available for some classes from donations made to the WHRC Scholarship Fund.
- Many insurance plans offer reimbursement to their subscribers for participation in our classes. Call your employer or insurance representative for eligibility.
