Overview
Join Dr. John Randolph for a 4-part virtual seminar series offering a deep empirical dive into brain health science and applications. The series will include an introduction to positive neuropsychology and discussion of assessment of lifestyle factors; brain health benefits from exercise, social engagement, intellectual activity, and adhering to a Mediterranean-style diet; the impact of stress and stress management on the brain; positive cognitive outcomes in aging and neurological groups; sleep and brain health; and attitudinal factors impacting brain health.

- 10/20/26: Brain health benefits of social activity, cognitively stimulating activity, and Mediterranean-style diets
- 11/17/26: Effective cognitive strategies, stress and brain health, and positive cognitive outcomes in the face of medical and neurological conditions
- 12/15/26: Sleep and brain health, attitudinal factors impacting brain health, multimodal interventions, and future directions in brain health science and applications
Format for each seminar: 50 minutes zoom lecture, 10 minutes Q & A (12 to 1pm)
