Overview

The Value Institute Learning Center (VILC) is pleased to offer Virtual Yellowbelt Training, utilizing the Cisco WebEx Meetings app. Students are introduced to Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology of process improvement, while simultaneously developing their skills as team members. Participants will get a better understanding of how these tools can be applied in their organizations to increase productivity and efficiency, decrease the complexity of processes and eliminate waste. This training has been designed to fit the needs of health care workers through the use of hands-on activities and presentations that directly relate to real world situations. This class requires use of a computer or laptop with high speed internet. The class cannot be taken via a smart phone or tablet. Use of a web camera is required to ensure you are able to fully participate in the interactive class activities. If this presents any challenges, please email VILearningCenter@hitchcock.org for assistance.
