Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to accommodate individuals of all ages and fitness levels. In this class, participatns have the option to sit in a chair or stand while using a chair for support, making it accessible for those with mobility challenges or aenyone looking for a low-impact exercise option. In the class, participants engage in various poses that promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.
