The way we communicate during challenging moments has a lasting effect on our relationships, teamwork, and ability to achieve positive results. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how to use the Control–Influence–Accept (CIA) model to identify stress responses, manage your reactions, and communicate with more clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Through self-reflection, discussion, and practical application, you'll learn how to focus your energy where it has the greatest impact, navigate uncertainty with more resilience, and respond intentionally in high-pressure situations. You'll leave with a simple, practical framework you can immediately use in meetings, difficult conversations, and everyday workplace interactions.
