Led by Belinda Chiu, Ed.D.

A gentle, virtual forest walk inviting you to connect with nature from your own space.

Join us for a guided meditation through the natural world. We’ll discover simple, thoughtful ways to awaken the senses, restore meaningful relationships with ourselves, and add calming, restorative benefits into daily life.

Access to a window view of trees or a garden is helpful. No hiking boots required!

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center, our Complementary Care classes are provided free of charge and are available to Dartmouth Cancer Center patients and care partners — from the moment of diagnosis and beyond.
