Mindfulness is good for our bodies and our brains, but it can be challenging to be in the moment and calm our minds.
Mindful drawing is one strategy for taking a moment for ourselves, while also creating something beautiful.
No artistic skill is required. You can practice mindful drawing for a minute, or an hour- whatever you can find in your day.
Lora will guide you through several mindful drawing techniques and we will talk about ways you can incorporate it into your life.
No special materials are required- bring a few small pieces of paper (post-it note size to greeting card size), a pencil, and a pen.
