Greater self-awareness is the foundation of personal and professional growth. In this course, you'll complete the Everything DiSC® assessment and explore how your behavioral style influences the way you approach challenges, communicate, collaborate, and contribute in the workplace. Using your personalized DiSC® profile, you'll gain practical insights into your strengths, preferences, and growth opportunities, and develop an action plan empowering you to work more effectively with others.

DiSC® identifies behavioral tendencies in four quadrants - Dominance (D), Influence (i), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). The assessment provides a common, nonjudgmental language for understanding yourself and how to become more effective at work by stretching outside your comfort zone when the situation calls for it.
