Communities of Practice are recurring 30-minute live drop-in sessions for people who have completed the foundations workshop. Sessions are hosted by experienced facilitators to create structured opportunities for participants to share stories, learn from one another, and support each other in improving their ability to practice the six traits of inclusive leadership in the Dartmouth Health workplace.
Prerequisite—Fostering a Culture of Belonging: Foundations for Building Supportive, Inclusive, High-Performing Teams

If you would like to schedule a live workshop with your team, please contact Belonging@hitchcock.org. We will make every effort to schedule around the needs of your team. Custom scheduling of live workshops is limited to teams of 6 or more people.
