10-Week Series

In this gentle, chair-based yoga class, we learn controlled breathing and practice simple movements. No experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome.

With support from the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center, Complementary Care Program classes, groups, and services are available to Dartmouth Cancer Center patients and care partners from the moment of diagnosis and beyond.
