Overview

Value Institute Learning Center Greenbelt training introduces students to the Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology of process improvement, while simultaneously developing their skills as team members. Participants will get a better understanding of how these tools can be applied in their organizations to increase productivity and efficiency, decreasing the complexity of processes and eliminating waste. This training has been designed to fit the needs of health care workers through the use of hands-on activities and presentations that directly relate to real world situations.

Schedule

  • Week 1: September 14 & 15, 2026, 8:30 am to 1 pm
  • Week 2: October 5 & 6, 2026, 8:30 am to 1 pm
  • Week 3: October 26, 27 & 28, 2026, 8:30 am to 1 pm
  • Week 4: November 16 & 17, 8:30 am to 1 pm
  • Week 5: December 14, 2026, 8:30 am to 1 pm
