Menopause can cause uncomfortable symptoms like weight gain, tiredness, bone loss, headaches, and trouble sleeping. Your OB-GYN can help with some of these, but healthy habits can also make a big difference. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple strategies to manage symptoms naturally through healthy eating and exercise. This class includes wellness tips and hands-on movement. Please bring an exercise mat if you have one.

- All classes take place at the Women’s Health Resource Center (WHRC), on the mall in Lebanon, NH, unless otherwise noted.
- Class fees are due at least one week prior to class.
- Refunds are given if you withdraw from a class at least one week before the class begins.
- Partial scholarships are available for some classes from donations made to the WHRC Scholarship Fund.
- Many insurance plans offer reimbursement to their subscribers for participation in our classes. Call your employer or insurance representative for eligibility.
