Managing Change

Change is inevitable, but how we navigate the transition determines how we grow, adapt, and support those around us. This interactive workshop explores the emotional and psychological aspects of change, helping you understand the reactions and experiences that often accompany transitions. You'll examine the phases of transition, recognize your own responses to change, and develop practical strategies for navigating uncertainty with resilience and intention.

Through self-reflection, discussion, and practical application, you'll discover how to manage change in a healthy, sustainable way while identifying opportunities for personal growth.
