Change can elicit many reactions—excitement, uncertainty, fear, frustration—to name a few. This course explores how we experience change and the emotions we may encounter during the phases of transition. We’ll discuss how to incorporate tactics to help handle transitions in a healthy, sustainable way, enabling personal insight and opportunity.
