Perinatal Mood Disorder Seminar for Pregnant and Postpartum Moms

Having a baby is hard, and many new mothers struggle with taking care of themselves, their babies and the rest of their families. 

Dartmouth Health is committed to helping mothers get a good start for their babies. When moms feel better, they raise healthier and happier children. This educational seminar will help moms and their partners recognize perinatal mood disorder signs and symptoms (including postpartum depression). Participants will learn how to prepare for the changes that come with their baby’s arrival and what resources are available to help them navigate this new stage in their lives.
