Personal effectiveness begins with understanding how you spend your time, manage your attention, and prioritize what matters most. In today's fast-paced work environment, it's easy to become overwhelmed by competing demands, constant communication, and an endless stream of meetings and emails.

In this interactive workshop, you'll examine your current work habits, challenge common myths about productivity and technology, and explore practical strategies for creating greater focus, structure, and balance in your day. Through self-reflection, discussion, and hands-on exploration of productivity tools, you'll identify approaches that help you work more intentionally, reduce unnecessary stress, and increase your overall effectiveness.

You'll leave with practical techniques you can immediately apply to better manage your workload, make more intentional decisions about your time, and create space for the work that matters most.
