Dartmouth Cancer Center has hired Tulika Ranjan, MD, MBA, for the role of neuro-oncology operations director. Ranjan assumed her post in July.
Prior to joining Dartmouth Cancer Center, Ranjan was neuro-oncology director at the University of South Florida. She attended medical school at Sri Krishna Medical College in India, followed by a neurology residency at University Hospital in Newark, NJ, and a neuro-oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Ranjan also holds a master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Ranjan will see neuro-oncology patients at Dartmouth Cancer Center’s locations at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, and Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Manchester. As operations director, she will develop and expand Dartmouth Cancer Center’s neuro-oncology services, including access to clinical trials in southern New Hampshire and optimizing processes across neuro-oncology to improve patient health outcomes, as well as increase efficiency and capacity.
