Pre-requisite: DiSC 1 & 2

High-performing teams are built on trust, open communication, and the ability to engage in productive conflict. Building on the foundation established in Everything DiSC®, this interactive workshop explores how your behavioral style influences team dynamics and how your actions contribute to collective team success.

Grounded in the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ model—Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results—this session focuses on the first two foundational behaviors: Trust and Productive Conflict. Through self-reflection, discussion, and practical application, you'll examine how vulnerability-based trust strengthens relationships and psychological safety, while healthy conflict encourages diverse perspectives, better decision-making, and stronger engagement.

You'll leave with practical strategies to build trust, navigate differing viewpoints with confidence and respect, and contribute to a more connected, collaborative, and high-performing team.
