Pre-requisite: DiSC 1 & 2 and Five Behaviors (Part 1)

High-performing teams move beyond trust and healthy conflict to create shared commitment, mutual accountability, and meaningful results. Building on the foundation established in Part I, this interactive workshop explores the final three behaviors of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ model—Commitment, Accountability, and Results—and how they transform strong relationships into exceptional team performance.

Through self-reflection, discussion, and practical application, you'll examine how your DiSC® style influences decision-making, follow-through, accountability, and collaboration. You'll learn strategies to foster alignment around shared goals, hold yourself and others accountable with respect and purpose, and contribute to a team culture where collective success takes priority over individual agendas.

By completing the Five Behaviors framework, you'll gain practical tools to strengthen team effectiveness, cultivate shared ownership, and help create an environment where trust, accountability, and results reinforce one another.
