Pre-requisite: DiSC 1 & 2 and Five Behaviors (Part 1)
In Part II, the journey toward cohesive teamwork continues by focusing on the remaining three behaviors: Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Building on the foundation of trust and healthy conflict established in Part I, this session challenges participants to examine how clarity, ownership, and shared goals drive team performance.
Participants will reflect on how their DiSC style influences follow-through, expectations, and accountability. Through practical tools and discussion, you’ll learn how to foster alignment, hold yourself and others accountable in constructive ways, and work toward meaningful, collective results. This session completes the framework, equipping you with a comprehensive approach to building a culture of excellence and trust.
