Get a free cholesterol and blood pressure screening with one of our nurses from the Dartmouth Health Heart and Vascular Center. We will provide personalized education, meaningful conversation, and guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You will also receive health education and resources tailored to your needs. These screenings are open to all and designed to help you take simple, proactive steps toward better health.
