HVC CARES Events

Our Heart and Vascular Center (HVC) Community Awareness Research and Education (CARES) program offers free cholesterol and blood pressure screenings to community members.

Each screening includes one-on-one time with a nurse, providing an opportunity for:

• Personalized education
• Meaningful conversation
• Guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle

Participants will also receive health education and resources tailored to their individual needs. These screenings are open to all and designed to help you take simple, proactive steps toward better health.
