IN-PERSON A Matter of Balance

"A Matter of Balance" is an award-winning, evidence-based program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This eight-session, course will facilitate group discussion to reduce the fear of falling and implement practical strategies to avoid falls and improve safety.

This program includes light exercises.

This is an eight-session series that meets twice a week for four weeks. The series runs Mondays and Wednesdays from October 19 to November 16, 2026 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.  Strong commitment to schedule and participation are appreciated
