Led by Karen Gray, CH, CHI, RN

In this self-hypnosis session, we’ll learn what stress is and how our bodies respond to it, discover simple techniques to lower your stress levels, change the trigger response, release existing stress, and enjoy a powerful hypnosis session that will leave us feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged. A free audio hypnosis program will be shared with all who attend.

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center, our Complementary Care classes are provided free of charge and are available to Dartmouth Cancer Center patients and care partners — from the moment of diagnosis and beyond.
