Giving Effective Feedback for Learning, Performance, and Recognition

Feedback is always an opportunity for learning, and if delivered effectively, leads to growth, better outcomes, and enhanced relationships. In this class, you’ll discuss the challenges to giving (and receiving) feedback, and the different contexts for which we can give feedback. You’ll practice using a framework to deliver performance feedback, ways to recognize and reinforce positive behavior, and how to facilitate learning and performance by being mindful of adult learning principles.
