Mindful breathing benefits both mental and physical well-being. It helps bring non-judgmental awareness to the present, which can help ease anxiety and increase social-emotional awareness.
This workshop will teach four key breathwork strategies to quickly boost focus and reduce stress. The methods support emotional regulation and can contribute to improved sleep quality and enhanced concentration, while fostering a sense of calm and balance for the body.
