In August, we will be looking ahead and reflecting. Discussion will focus on reviewing key learnings, sharing your team’s successes and challenges, and continued exploration to build your Champion Toolbox.
The new Wellness Champion Connection meetings will be more interactive and focused on you as Champions. Program updates will now be shared in the Wellness Works sessions.
At the Champion Connections, we’ll use discussion questions, chat, and Slido polls so everyone has a chance to join the conversation. Each month will have a theme to help you build your Wellness Champion Toolbox by sharing tips and tools with each other. When possible, we will also demonstrate simple “micro-interventions” you can use in your daily work and team communications.
