Secure Access allows you to use various Dartmouth Health (DH) licensed computer applications and files when you are not in the office. These applications and files are called DH Applications, or DHApps. Citrix Workspace is the program used to connect to and open DHApps.
When working remotely, you must log onto DHApps using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If you do not yet have the RSA Authenticator app, download the DHApps Installation Guide (PDF), and follow the steps in the RSA Authenticator section.
