Secure Access allows you to connect to Dartmouth Health (DH) computer applications and files when you are not in the office. If you need help logging in to Secure Access, please see the Secure Access login instructions.
Install and use Secure Access
Unmanaged or personal device
If you want to use Secure Access from an "unmanaged" or personal device, be aware of the restrictions:
- You cannot e-prescribe controlled substances.
- You cannot print from eDH medical records (this includes PDFs).
- You cannot copy and paste between your personal computer files and DHApps.
- You cannot use Secure Print.
To use secure access from an unmanaged or personal device:
- Download the DHApps Installation Guide (PDF).
- Open the DHApps Installation Guide PDF to:
- Configure Multi-factor Authentication with RSA Authenticator.
- Install the Endpoint Analysis security utility.
- Install the Citrix Workspace.
- When you are done, DHApps will be open on your computer.
- Next time, just open Citrix Workspace to use DHApps. Get login instructions.
Managed or work-issued device
If you are using a DH-managed computer or device, the software is already installed on the computer. Login to Secure Access.
